About Patricia

I have always been a down to earth, home town, kind of person. The saying ‘home is where the heart is’ has always meant so much to me and I cherish coming home and having it feel like you are walking into a hug. I even went so far as to negotiate, at the ripe age of 12, buying my childhood home from my mom, who was kind enough to hold the price for me until I could buy it 20 years later.

I grew up with an avid interest in home ownership and would comb over the real estate listings and ads with the same rapt attention that children normally give to the yearly holiday toy catalogs. Being in the customer service industry for so many years, it was not a far leap to finally fan the flame of my love of real estate and help others find the home that makes their heart beat and bask in the joy of their own ‘home hug.’

For over 35 years I have honed my skills in meeting the needs of my customers and serving the public in large retail chains. Additionally, working with law enforcement uniforms and municipalities, I mastered marrying the needs and wants of my customers while respecting their budgets. Being a child of a nurse and police officer practically makes me genetically engineered to help people.

My real estate career began in the diverse world of property management. This experience provided me with amazing exposure to the balance needed between buyers and sellers, as well as, landlords and tenants. My sales history has included residential, multi-family and mixed-use properties in Nassau, Suffolk and Queens.

In my downtime, I enjoy walking in the Massapequa Preserve, the boardwalks of Jones Beach and local arboretums. Bowling with my friends is a favorite pastime, closely followed by curling up with a good book.
